There was a time in Australia when my freedom was taken from me. The financial success I'd built myself is what let me navigate out of one of the hardest times of my life.
On Universal Credit
I came home and ended up on Universal Credit, not knowing how to get out of it. A qualified accountant, charging £15 an hour, stuck.
I figured it out
The benefits system is so hard to navigate. So I worked it out, closed my own money gap, and went from £6k a year to six figures.

Who is Gemma Heard?
Gemma Heard is a qualified accountant based in Cornwall, with more than two decades in finance in the UK and abroad. She founded GEM Consultancy UK Ltd and runs the award-winning GEM Accountancy practice in Cornwall. Through GEM Consultancy she mentors women business owners on money, finance and tax.
Which way of working with you is right for me?
It depends on where your business is right now. The Money Maker Membership suits £0 to £25K months. The Wealth Academy is my group mentorship, for £5K to £25K+ months. The Wealth Clarity Day is a 1:1 deep dive if you'd rather not learn in a group. The Strategic CFO Partnership gives £25K+ months a CFO alongside them every month.
How much does it cost to work with you?
The Money Maker Membership is £47 a month. The Magic Number is £97. The Wealth Clarity Day is £1,497, paid in full. The Wealth Academy is £3,000, with a payment plan available. The Strategic CFO Partnership starts at £1,500 a month for one business, or £2,500+ for multi-entity set-ups, with a 3-month minimum.
Is everything online?
Yes. The membership, the Academy and 1:1 sessions all run online, so you can work with me wherever you are.
