Gemma began a career in coaching at the age of 15 when she became a black belt and British champion in Tae Kwon Do whilst assisting to lead a class of 100 students to achieve theirs. This laid the foundations for her work ethic and life values, integrity and can-do attitude.

Gemma’s business and finance career began shortly after, and now with 20 years' experience across three countries, in two continents, Gemma is a Qualified UK Accountant and expert in the New Business Start Up field.

Gemma's on a mission, to bridge the gap in knowledge on the things they never taught us in school about tax, accounts and business. She believes running your business should feel good.

Currently she does this through supporting and equipping small business owners in the UK with the essential basics through her Consultancy Practice and Bossing Business series which includes, Bossing Business - The Course and her free coaching group 'Bossing Business - The Facebook Group on social media.

Through her established accountancy practice in Cornwall, Gem has been working on the frontline with business owners for many years and more recently through the pandemic, which saw new challenges and opportunities.
